All products sold through TuggyUSA and manufactured/distributed by Southern Blood Creations, LLC are intended for lawful, safe, and proper use only. By purchasing and using any Tuggy product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Use at Your Own Risk
All Tuggy recovery straps, towing accessories, and related products must be used only for their intended purpose and within their stated working load limits. Improper use, misuse, overloading, modification, neglect, or use outside recommended applications may result in product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.
Inspection & Maintenance Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser/user to inspect all products before each use and maintain them in safe working condition. Products showing signs of wear, cuts, fraying, corrosion, damage, deformation, or abuse should be removed from service immediately.
No Liability for Improper Use
Southern Blood Creations, LLC shall not be held liable or responsible for any damage, injury, loss, claim, or expense resulting from improper use, abuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, incorrect rigging, unsafe recovery practices, or failure to follow recommended care and inspection procedures.
No Guarantee Against Failure Under Misuse
Any product subjected to misuse, improper storage, environmental degradation, unauthorized modification, shock loading, or excessive force may fail without warning. Southern Blood Creations, LLC assumes no responsibility for product failure caused by these conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southern Blood Creations, LLC disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any Tuggy product.
User Responsibility
The user assumes all responsibility for determining whether the product is suitable for the intended application and for ensuring safe operation.
