At Tuggy USA, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Every Tuggy® tow rope is built by hand using premium materials and inspected prior to shipment.

Warranty Coverage

Southern Blood Creations, LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects on Tuggy® branded tow ropes.

Covered manufacturer defects may include:

  • Knot failure caused by improper manufacturing

  • Material defects under normal intended use

  • Craftsmanship defects verified by inspection

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:

Important Safety Notice

Tuggy® tow ropes are designed for controlled recovery and towing assistance only.

Tuggy® products are NOT recommended for aggressive “snatch” recoveries or high-impact recovery techniques involving sudden shock loads.

Failure to follow proper recovery procedures may result in product damage, equipment failure, serious injury, or death.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase

  2. Clear photos of the claimed defect

  3. Description of the failure and circumstances

  4. Physical return of the product for inspection

The product must be mailed to Southern Blood Creations, LLC for verification before any warranty determination is made.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the product for inspection.

Warranty Determination

If Southern Blood Creations, LLC determines the failure was caused by a verified manufacturer defect, we may, at our discretion:

No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.

If inspection determines the damage resulted from misuse, abuse, improper recovery methods, or normal wear, the warranty claim will be denied.
