Unlike traditional recovery ropes that rely on bulky metal hooks, the Mega Tuggy comes equipped with two heavy-duty soft shackles—one on each end. This design eliminates the need for standard winch hooks, reduces weight, minimizes damage to recovery points, and provides a safer, more versatile connection during recoveries.
Each end is reinforced with massive sealed wire rope thimbles, providing exceptional strength and protection against wear in the harshest recovery conditions. The sealed design helps prevent mud, water, and debris intrusion while extending the life of the rope.
